Who we are
The Robert McDermott Education Endowment Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to sustaining and strengthening Catholic Pre-K through 8th grade school communities throughout the Diocese of Camden.
The Fund supports the long-term vitality of these schools and the students they serve. Through responsible stewardship and strategic investment, it helps ensure that school communities remain places where faith, values, and academic excellence are not only taught — but lived.
By building a permanent source of support, the Endowment protects access to high-quality Catholic education for generations to come.

Our mission is to support and sustain the network of Catholic Pre-K–8 schools within the Diocese of Camden by strengthening educational excellence, advancing the mission of Catholic education, and providing resources that empower students, educators, and families to thrive academically, spiritually, and personally.

Our vision is a vibrant, sustainable network of Catholic Pre-K–8 schools throughout the Diocese of Camden where every student has access to a faith-filled, academically excellent education that inspires lifelong learning, compassionate service, and faithful leadership.
